Shipping and Return
Yes, of course. After you have made a purchase we will process your order. This can take up to 3 days. Once your order has been handled, we will send you an email with your tracking code.
For purchases from our stock collection it usually takes around 3 days to process your order. For customized orders please allow an extra 20 days of manufacturing time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Do you have a complaint about one of our products then you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your personal data, date order and your order number and the nature of your complaint. You can expect a response from us within 2 business days. Of course we will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
All our products are carefully checked before shipping out. However, if you're unsatisfied with your product, or if the content of the package is damaged to you shoot us an email within 14 days of delivery with your complaint (and a picture of the damage if applicable). Damage as a result of an accident, improper use and everyday wear are excluded out of warranty.
